This project was undertaken in behalf of Skyfield Nominees and designed by Eastman Poletti Sherwood Architects. The two-storey building was designed for business use with a large office space on both levels and public carpark. The building is steel framed and features curved brick parapet walls using dark brick and contrasting mortar and rendered panels. Central to the upper floor is the staff amenities including tea prep room, male female and disabled ablutions. This floor is accessible via stairs and a lift. The complex was designed to enable universal access throughout the facility.
