The Building Services department looks after all maintenance, Insurance and small quoted works. GBSC currently offer priority
             maintenance services to clients such as Department of Housing and Works and Shire of Roebourne in the Midwest and Pilbara. GBSC
             also manage routine and reactive maintenance works for spotless services at defence site throughout WA. This includes the supply
             and coordination of all trades. GBSC have a designated team to provide a comprehensive, quality maintenance service to private,
             commercial and mining companies alike.
